We are very honored to have Dianna now working as a member of the RE/MAX INITIAL REALTY team helping clients achieve their dreams. As Dianna says "When I'm not looking after your investment I'm looking after mine". Her passion for her clients and the industry is contagious and can be explained by her having owned several investment properties for the past eight years and having grown up in the world of Real Estate. This combined with her 11 years in the New Zealand Army makes for a very strong but caring person working 110% for all her clients.

Dianna was in the NZ Army for 11 years working within the Youth Life Skills Unit and later as an Administrator winning several NZ awards for her care and attention to detail. She recently ended her military career to follow her passion for helping clients with their real estate requirements. I loved my time in the Army but it was time for me to move on to my other life passion - Property Management and Real estate sales.
I have experience in Property Management from owning my own rentals and from renting as well. This enables me to see things from the owner and tenants point of view. I have a high standard in my own home so when in your homes if there is an issue my decisions are easily made by simply asking myself if I would accept that in my own home or not.
I am really enjoying working with the team at RE/MAX Initial Realty. I am attending training and receiving mentoring so this ensures that you, the customer, receive service to a high standard that is consistent and provides continuity.
